How it works

Word to scan in three steps

Upload a Word file

Drop the file into the box above or click “Choose files”. Several at once is fine.

Pick a scan look

The “Office MFP” preset works for most cases. Sliders are there for fine-tuning.

Download the PDF

Click “Download scanned PDF” — the file goes to your downloads.

How pages are laid out

The Word document is rendered by the browser and split into A4 pages. Explicit page breaks are kept, tables and images carry over. Complex layouts (columns, text boxes, footnotes) may differ slightly — for an exact result, save as PDF from Word and upload the PDF.

Legacy .doc files (Word 97–2003) can't be read by browsers — save them as DOCX or PDF first.
