What makes the photocopy look
A photocopy is almost always black and white with boosted contrast: the gray background gets lighter and dark text gets heavier. You also see fine grain, uneven light and a dark edge near the border of the sheet.
In Let's Scan all of this is adjustable with sliders: switch color to B/W, then tune contrast, noise, blur and edge shadow to taste.
The quick way — a preset
Pick the “Old copier” preset: it turns on black-and-white mode and adds grain and uneven light. Then tweak contrast and page rotation if you like.
For a neater look, reduce noise and blur and set 144–180 DPI so small print stays readable.
