How it works

Presentation to scan in three steps

Upload your presentation

Drop the file into the box above or click “Choose files”. Several at once is fine.

Pick a scan look

The “Office MFP” preset works for most cases. Sliders are there for fine-tuning.

Download the PDF

Click “Download scanned PDF” — the file goes to your downloads.

Why you might need it

Slides are often handed out as paper copies or filed into reports and archives as scans. If you have nothing to print and scan with, just drop the presentation into Let's Scan.

Each slide becomes a PDF page with a slight skew, grain and paper tone, like a sheet that went through an MFP.

Before you upload

PPTX and ODP are supported. Save the legacy PPT format as PPTX or PDF first. Animations and embedded video don't carry over; you get the static look of each slide.

If the deck uses unusual fonts, check the preview and, if needed, export the slides to PDF from PowerPoint first.

Privacy

The presentation is processed in your browser and never sent to a server, so internal material stays on your device.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a presentation look scanned?

Upload the PPTX or ODP to the scanner, pick a preset and download the PDF. Each slide becomes its own page.

Is the old PPT format supported?

No. Save the file as PPTX or PDF in PowerPoint and upload that.

Are animations kept?

No. The PDF keeps the static look of each slide.
