When it helps

Forms, applications and letters are usually filled in Word or PDF while the receiving side asks for a scan. You shouldn't have to print a sheet and hunt for a scanner if you're allowed to send the document digitally.

Let's Scan gives the pages the look of a real scan and assembles them into one PDF.

About signatures and requirements

The tool only changes how a file looks. If a document needs your signature, it must be yours, and the organization you send it to decides on formats and presentation. Don't use the effect to forge anyone's signatures, stamps or documents.

Quality tips

For forms and applications the “Office MFP” preset at 144 DPI works well. Page size is preserved, so A4 stays A4. For multi-page forms, check the page order in the thumbnail strip before downloading.
